Refund policy
Digital Downloads:
No refunds will be provided for digital products due to the nature. The files are automatically sent to you by link which you may download immediately.
For all physical products, we will provide a refund within 30 days for the following reasons only:
- Parcel is damaged on arrival (photos must be taken of the box/satchel as it arrives and before you open it)
- Kit is missing parts or internal items are damaged. However we will offer to send you the missing items first
- Product is damaged/faulty (scissors, needle minders etc)
No refunds for change of mind.
International Customers:
All taxes, duties and tariffs are your responsibility once the parcel arrives in your country and is to be paid to Customs. We declare items to the true nature of their origin and value. Our kits are Made in Australia, however the accessories are mostly made in China (scissors, needle minders, etc)
We will not accept parcels returned to us as a reason for refund if you refuse to pay the tax.
