Shipping policy

We offer Free shipping in Australia for all orders $49 and over.

A tracking number is provided by email. 
For all other orders in Australia:
$9 for standard post
$12 for express post.

$2.95 for Signature on Delivery otherwise the item will be given Authority to Leave. 
Please write any delivery instructions in the Notes in the Cart

International Orders:
Shipping charges are calculated at the checkout. Please note that all taxes, duties and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival in your country.

We aim to send all orders out within 3 business days, but often within 24hrs of the order being placed. During sales or busy periods this may be longer.

If your parcel has not arrived in the regular timeframe please check the tracking number provided to you, then contact us at hello@modstitch.com.au
