How hard is it?
It's not hard at all! Each kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions which have been written in a way that allows even complete beginners to understand them. Best of all, everything you need comes in the kit – so there’s no need to buy any other materials.
What if I can’t do it?
We bet you can! cross-stitch is considered the simplest form of embroidery. Each kit comes with an instruction booklet, designed for complete beginners to understand, which will teach you all you need to know. And once you can stitch one X, you can stitch them all. Right to left. Left to right. Simple!

What’s the difference between a pattern and a kit?
Patterns are just that; a PDF pattern which will be delivered to you as a digital download. The pattern will outline which materials you need to source and will let you know which thread colours you need. Patterns are best for those who already know how to cross-stitch.
Kits are great for both beginners who have never tried cross-stitch before – as well as seasoned pros. Because traipsing around the shops sourcing all the materials can be confusing and time consuming. With a kit everything arrives at your door, ready to go!
I’m worried about sustainability
Fear not, so are we! We don’t use plastic packaging in our kits. And all soft plastics that we use are recycled. We send all our parcels using reusable Hero Packaging, which is also compostable.
We are always keen to find better ways to make sure we’re kind to the planet, so if you have any suggestions about how we could make our kits more sustainable, then please send them through!

Storage box. A durable and beautiful box will make sure your work-in-progress not only stays safe from spills and sticky fingers but looks great on your coffee table.
